“Nazira”
This play addresses women’s economic rights and highlights the role of working women in supporting their families and assisting their husbands in the difficult circumstances faced by the Palestinian people. Through this play, we see the positive or negative influence of family members like the husband and mother-in-law.

This artistic work was produced by Al-Harah Theater as part of the FemPawer Project, in partnership with the Palestinian Working Woman Society for Development (PWWSD). The project is implemented within the framework of the Feminist for Women’s Economic Rights – FemPawer program, funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The program is carried out by a coalition of four women’s rights organizations in the Middle East and North Africa region, led by the Kvinna Till Kvinna Foundation (KTK) from Sweden, in partnership with the Arab Women Organization (AWO) from Jordan, the Collective for Research and Training on Development-Action (CRTDA) from Lebanon, and the Palestinian Working Woman Society for Development (PWWSD) from Palestine.
